  • 3 qty of Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • ½ medium Cauliflower cut into large pieces
  • 5 cups of Water
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger grated
  • 4-5 buds garlic peeled
  • 2 qty Green chilies chopped
  • 3 qty Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • Hing – a pinch
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • Coriander – for garnish chopped

Ingredients
  • 3 qty of Potatoes peeled and chopped

  • 5 cups of Water
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil

  • 3 qty Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • Hing – a pinch
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • Coriander – for garnish chopped
Instructions
  1.  First heat a pan, add 3 cups of water in it. Then add a teaspoon of salt, allow the water to boil on high heat. Now add chopped potatoes and Cauliflower.
  2. Cover with a lid and let it cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Now remove the lid, sieve and separate the water and vegetable. Now warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  3. Now insert the hinge. Then add vegetables and fry them. Allow to cook for 13-15 minutes, until it becomes soft. Meanwhile, take garlic buds in a bowl and chopped it.
  4. Add crushed/paste ginger to it. Then add a pinch of salt, make a paste and keep it on the side. Add tomatoes to a mixer jar. Grind these tomatoes and make them puree and keep them on the side.
  5. Next, warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Next include cumin seeds and let it brown till dark colored. Now include onion and fry it till it turns brilliant dark colored.
  6. After this, add ginger and garlic paste to it. Now include chopped green chilies and tomato puree. Mix well. Now include (salt to taste) and red chili powder.
  7. Mix well, cover with a lid. Let it cook on high heat for five minutes. Now remove the lid then add garam masala and it mix well.
  8. Add half a cup of water. Now add fried vegetables and fry well. Now add half a cup of water again, reduce the flame to low. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Now add half a cup of water and cover again. Let it cook on high heat for 7-8 minutes. Remove the lid, mix well and take out in a bowl.
  10. At last garnish the Sabzi with green coriander leaves and serve hot…
